How does a return/refund?
If the product does not match your order, it must be returned within 30 working days from receipt.
Returns are free via Mondial Relay. To make a return, it’s very simple: log in to your account and go to ORDER HISTORY. Click on the relevant order and select REQUEST RETURN. Then, choose the product(s) to return, indicate the reason for the return, confirm your request, and print the return label to attach to your parcel.
WARNING : to make a free return via Mondial Relay, you must log in to your online account and print a return label. Without this return label, it will not be possible for you to return the package to us.

The return package must be in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, etc.) and include a copy of the invoice and the completed return form.
The product that is incomplete, damaged, or soiled will not be accepted for return.
What is the deadline to be refunded?
You will be refunded within 14 days from the date your return package is shipped.
What to do in case of a dispute / lost return package?
Make sure to keep the proof of delivery of the package at the Mondial Relay pickup point. In case of any issues, we will require this proof of drop-off.
If you ship the return package on your own, Woomen.eu will not be held responsible for the loss of the package, and you will need to file a claim with the carrier you selected in order to be compensated.
