The collection of personal data
When you create an account or place an order on www.woomen.eu (the “Site”), REFLEX SAS collects personal information about you. REFLEX SAS is the data controller responsible for managing this information. It is a simplified joint-stock company registered with the Dunkerque Trade and Companies Register under number 522 043 348, with its headquarters located at Parc d'Activités de la Verte Rue, 432 Allée des Prêles, 59270 Bailleul, France.
“Personal data” includes any information that can identify you, such as your name, phone number, date of birth, email address, postal address, and any other details you provide to REFLEX.
To help prevent fraud (as described in sections 2 and 3), REFLEX may also keep records of your transactions on the Site, including partially masked credit card numbers and their expiration dates.
Fraud Prevention
To combat fraud, REFLEX has implemented a system using exclusion lists, which may lead to the following actions:
(I) Request from you, in order to secure the transaction, certain supporting documents after payment has been made, if an automatic alert is triggered by the information related to your order.
(II) Block your order if your customer account has previously been used to commit fraud.
Recipients of the collected data
REFLEX has a strict policy of not selling customer data to third parties for commercial purposes. Only our company and external service providers contractually bound to us for processing your order have access to the information you provide.
Within REFLEX, access to your personal data is limited to the relevant departments according to their roles, including the sales department, administrative services, technical team, and internal control services (such as auditors and compliance officers).
Additionally, your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities solely to comply with legal obligations, as well as to judicial officers, legal representatives, and agencies responsible for debt collection.
Retention period of personal data
The data we collect is retained for a period of five years from your last transaction on the Site or from the last update of your customer account. However, truncated credit card numbers and their expiration dates are only kept for six months for fraud prevention purposes.
Security
We take all necessary precautions to protect the security of your personal data, in particular to prevent it from being altered, damaged, or accessed by unauthorized third parties.
